About the role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the end‑to‑end recruitment process for new hires and internal moves. Working closely with Resourcing Coordinators and Senior Talent Acquisition Managers, the role ensures all documentation, data entry and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update personnel files (P‑Files) and related MIS trackers.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, assessment distribution, and candidate communications.
- Create and issue offer letters, contracts, and hiring packs, ensuring timely sign‑off.
- Process interview expenses, vendor invoices, and pre‑employment verification checks.
- Scan and digitise hard‑copy applications into PeopleSoft, maintaining data‑protection compliance.
- Support Senior Talent Acquisition Managers in updating job requisitions and managing international talent moves.
- Generate reports and cuts for resourcing teams to monitor recruitment metrics.
- Track administration deadlines such as contract returns and joining dates, following up as needed.
