Teacher Training Program Manager

About the role

Riphah International University is seeking a dedicated Teacher Training Program Manager to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of teacher development initiatives. The role will shape professional growth pathways for educators and ensure training programs align with the university’s academic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive teacher training programs, workshops, and certification courses.
• Design curriculum and professional development plans tailored to educators’ needs and academic standards.
• Collaborate with trainers, coordinators, and institutional stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of training activities.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze performance data to monitor program effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with schools and educational institutions to expand training opportunities.
• Develop and manage program budgets, prepare detailed outcome reports, and present performance reviews to senior management.
• Integrate educational technologies and learning management systems to enhance interactive learning experiences.
• Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to drive continuous program improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum ten years of experience in teacher training, curriculum development, or academic management.
• Master’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse educational partners.
