Technical Audit Executive

About the role

The Technical Audit Executive plans, coordinates and carries out technical audits across manufacturing operations. The role ensures compliance with internal frameworks, global standards and evaluates equipment, systems and maintenance practices. Findings are documented and followed up to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Create a monthly technical audit calendar based on the annual master plan and update it in the SAP QM module.
• Conduct technical audits using risk‑based checklists aligned with defined scope and methodology.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports in a standardized format and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate follow‑up of open observations, manage CAPA submissions and produce monthly status reports and audit dashboards.
• Provide data for management review presentations, maintenance scorecards, audit status and KPIs.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives aligned with organizational strategy.
• Assist the Technical Audit Lead in refining audit checklists, frameworks and schemas.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial engineering.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
