Technical Project Manager (CRM & Automation)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead CRM and automation initiatives. The role involves managing web‑application and CRM projects from planning through deployment, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee web application and CRM projects from planning to deployment.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Coordinate between clients, developers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Lead CRM implementations, customizations, automations, and integrations.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and team performance.
• Ensure quality assurance, testing, and smooth project delivery.
• Manage API integrations and workflow automation projects.
• Prepare technical documentation and project reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or custom solutions.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and automation workflows.
• Experience managing software/web application projects.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work with development teams and grasp technical concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Experience with SaaS products and cloud platforms preferred.
• Bonus: Business analysis experience and exposure to AI tools for process automation.
