Tele‑calling Sales Representative – Business Development

About the role

Deca Soft is seeking an on‑site Tele‑calling Sales Representative to drive business development for its marketing agency services. Based in Faisalabad, you will focus on acquiring new clients, promoting the company’s social media, web and software development solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients through outbound calls and lead generation activities.
• Present Deca Soft’s marketing, web development and software services to prospects.
• Maintain and update a client database with accurate records of interactions.
• Follow up on leads, handle client queries professionally, and nurture relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaign strategies.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and report progress regularly.

Required profile

• Strong communication and tele‑sales abilities with a talent for building rapport over the phone.
• Experience in lead generation, client hunting, or business development (preferred).
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and related software (preferred).
