Telecommunications Engineer (Site)

About the role

The Telecommunications Engineer (Site) is a full‑time, in‑field position based across multiple locations in Punjab and Baluchistan, Pakistan. You will install, configure and maintain telecom systems and network infrastructure at customer and company sites, ensuring reliable service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Perform telecom equipment installation, integration, TI Swap and power installation activities.
• Support microwave (MW) installation, alignment and configuration, and conduct site surveys and technical inspections.
• Prepare and maintain PAT, commissioning and other technical documentation.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide hands‑on support and coordinate with team leaders, clients and vendors.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in telecom installation and site engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Ability to work onsite across various project locations with strong safety and compliance focus.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.

Required skills

• Telecom equipment installation, TI Swap, microwave (MW) and power installation.
• Voice over IP (VoIP) configuration and optimization.
• Network design, routing and switching.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting and technical support.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and industry standards; CCNA or similar certification is a plus.
