Telesales Executive - Real Estate

About the role

Better Developments, a boutique real estate development company focused on residential, commercial and hospitality projects, is hiring a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive in Pakistan. The executive contacts prospective and existing customers by phone to present the company's real estate offerings, understand their needs and recommend suitable properties or projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage call lists and follow up on inquiries to turn them into sales opportunities
• Qualify leads and maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking systems
• Explain project features, pricing and availability clearly
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams and meet individual and team sales targets
• Deliver professional customer interactions, follow company policies and help improve sales processes

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is an advantage
• Prior telesales, call center or real estate sales experience is preferred
• Ability to work full-time on-site, manage time effectively and meet performance targets
• High level of professionalism, resilience and comfort with outbound calling

Required skills

• Strong communication, including clear spoken English and local language proficiency
• Customer service and lead generation and sales skills
• Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM or call management tools
