Telesales Executive - Solar Services

About the role

Solaristic Solutions is hiring a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive in Karachi. The role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, introducing the company's solar cleaning, inspection and O&M services, generating qualified leads and scheduling site visits for the sales and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers and introduce the solar cleaning, inspection and O&M services.
• Generate and qualify new leads, and follow up with prospects and existing customers.
• Schedule site visits and appointments for the relevant team.
• Maintain daily call records and customer information, and handle basic customer queries.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams and achieve assigned calling, lead-generation and conversion targets.
• Provide feedback to improve sales scripts and customer communication.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu, with a confident and persuasive style.
• Good customer service and relationship-building skills, and ability to handle objections and follow up.
• Previous experience in telesales, call center, customer service or sales is preferred; fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to work on-site in Karachi, 6 days a week.
• A basic understanding of solar energy is a plus, but willingness to learn is more important.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
