Visa Processing and Travel Coordinator

About the role

Pak Harmain Travel & Tours is looking for a Visa Process & Tours Operator in Islamabad to manage visa application processing and coordinate travel arrangements. The role suits someone with at least three years of relevant experience who can handle visa documentation, track application statuses and organise tour packages. The person does not manage a team but must show strong organisational skills and the ability to handle many travel and visa-related tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Process visa applications by verifying documents, submitting them to embassies and tracking their status until approval or completion.
• Coordinate flight and hotel reservations in line with travel itineraries and tour packages.
• Manage case files carefully, keeping accurate records of applicant information and application progress on platforms such as VFS Global and TLScontact.
• Validate document checklists so all required paperwork is complete before submission.
• Track and update applicant statuses regularly, giving clients timely information and resolving their queries.
• Coordinate tour operations, including itinerary preparation, scheduling and liaison with service providers.
• Use case management and status-tracking workflows to streamline operations and improve client satisfaction.
• Communicate with embassies, consulates, travel agents and clients, and stay informed about changes in visa policies and travel regulations.
• Help resolve issues during visa processing or travel arrangements and anticipate potential problems.

Required profile

• At least three years of relevant experience.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to communicate effectively with embassies, consulates, travel agents and clients.
