About the role

Agay Barho is seeking a talented Web Designer & Digital Creative Specialist to work remotely. The role focuses on creating high‑converting websites, landing pages, and marketing assets for brands in e‑commerce, health, lifestyle, and professional services.

Key responsibilities

• Create website mockups and UI designs in Figma that follow modern design principles.
• Develop digital assets for websites, landing pages, and campaigns using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
• Integrate AI design tools into the workflow to boost creativity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate project requirements into compelling visual solutions.
• Maintain a Behance or similar portfolio showcasing past work.
• Produce simple animations or motion graphics when needed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver assets on time.
• Stay updated on design trends, accessibility, and responsive best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of professional experience in web design or digital creative work.
• Strong eye for modern design trends and ability to turn ideas into visual concepts.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently without managing a team.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant design capabilities.
