About the role

ImagineArt’s Soul Department is building a small, high‑impact team that defines the company’s voice, taste, and cultural perspective. Seven distinct writer and thinker positions are open, each focused on a specific content discipline—from long‑form essays to behavioral analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and edit content that reflects the brand’s worldview across formats (articles, captions, scripts, research reports, screenplays).
• Collaborate with other Soul Team members to ensure consistency of tone and style.
• Research emerging cultural trends, social platforms, and audience behavior to inform content strategy.
• Provide analytical insights on why certain ideas spread or fail, backed by real‑world data.
• Produce short‑form hooks, headlines, and taglines that drive engagement.

Required profile

• Demonstrated point of view with published work under your own name.
• Experience delivering public‑facing content, not just internal marketing material.
• Curiosity beyond your primary discipline; reads widely across culture and technology.
• Ability to write without AI assistance and submit a 550‑600 word writing prompt.

Required skills

• Strong written communication in English.
• Research proficiency across social platforms (X, Reddit, Discord, Substack, etc.).
• Analytical thinking to interpret cultural and behavioral data.
• Screenwriting fundamentals for short‑form video content (optional for the screenwriter role).
