Account Coordinator / Account Manager – Client Excellence

About the role

EY is seeking an Account Coordinator/Account Manager to support strategic account management activities within its Client Excellence team in Karachi. You will work closely with Global Client Service Partners, account leadership, industry leaders and service line stakeholders to drive growth initiatives and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and execution of strategic account plans for priority client accounts.
• Coordinate account activities, governance, reviews and leadership meetings.
• Monitor account performance, pipeline activity and client engagement initiatives.
• Gather and analyze client, market and industry intelligence to inform decision‑making.
• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards and briefing materials.
• Facilitate collaboration across account teams, service lines and geographic locations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Economics or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in account management, client relationship management, business development, consulting or sales operations.
• Strong organizational, stakeholder management and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
