Accountant – UAE Operations

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Accountant to manage the finance function of our UAE clients from our Lahore office. The role is full‑time, reports to the Manager Finance and requires regular interaction with UAE‑based leadership, banks and auditors.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate books for UAE entities in Zoho Books, following IFRS, and perform month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Operate UAE bank portals, process payments, and handle Wage Protection System (WPS) salary disbursements, including exception resolution.
• Prepare and file UAE VAT returns and support corporate tax computations, ensuring compliance with FTA deadlines.
• Produce periodic management reports, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow reporting using Zoho Books analytics.
• Coordinate with UAE management, auditors, banks and vendors, providing clear updates on financial position and open matters.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant with proven experience in UAE financial regulations and IFRS.
• Strong English communication skills, professional demeanor and a deadline‑driven attitude.
