Admin Executive – Site Supervisor

About the role

Zameen.com is seeking a proactive Admin Executive to oversee administrative and operational activities at its under‑construction sites in Lahore. The role involves coordinating with government agencies, supervising on‑site facilities, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage administrative operations at construction and remote sites.
• Coordinate with government and private departments (GR, LESCO, EPA, TEPA, DHA, Police, etc.) for approvals, documentation, and compliance.
• Supervise site facilities, including security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
• Support supply‑chain and administrative needs of project and construction teams.
• Maintain records, reports, and logs for site activities and expenses.
• Handle vendor coordination, logistics, and material dispatches as required.
• Assist management in enforcing safety protocols and overall site discipline.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify effective operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Civil Associate Degree (preferably Business Administration or related field).
• 2–4 years of experience in site administration or construction operations.
• Strong networking with local authorities such as LESCO, TEPA, EPA, and Police.
• Good communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple remote sites.
• Basic understanding of construction and site processes is a plus.
