AEO/GEO & SEO Specialist

About the role

An experienced AEO/GEO & SEO Specialist is sought in DHA, Phase 8, Lahore to increase visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered platforms such as Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and other answer engines. The role covers technical SEO, content optimisation, Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO, AEO and GEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, search-intent and content-gap research.
• Optimise content for Google rankings, featured snippets and AI-generated answers.
• Improve on-page SEO, internal linking, metadata and site structure.
• Implement and optimise schema markup and structured data.
• Run technical SEO audits and fix crawling, indexing and performance issues.
• Build authority through ethical link building and digital PR, strengthening brand, entity and topical authority.
• Monitor organic rankings, traffic, conversions, AI mentions and citations, and use the data to improve results.
• Stay up to date with Google algorithm changes and AI-powered search developments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO, AEO, GEO or organic search marketing.
• Strong understanding of Google Search and AI-powered search platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush or similar tools.
• Understanding of E-E-A-T, entity SEO, topical authority and search intent.
• Ability to optimise content for conversational queries and AI-generated responses.
• Excellent written English; e-commerce SEO experience, especially Shopify, is highly preferred.
