Affiliate Business Development Manager (Urdu Speaker)

About the role

OKX is seeking an experienced Affiliate Business Development Manager who is fluent in Urdu and English to expand our affiliate and influencer ecosystem in the local market. You will drive user acquisition and revenue growth for our crypto exchange platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimise affiliate campaigns across multiple channels.
• Build new affiliate networks from scratch and improve performance of existing partners.
• Focus on expanding influencer resources in the local market to attract trading users.
• Identify potential affiliates through creative outreach strategies.
• Optimise business‑development strategies and plan actions to boost conversion rates.
• Analyse user habits and behaviour to forecast business‑development trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of affiliate marketing or business‑development experience in the cryptocurrency space.
• Proven track record of building large affiliate networks end‑to‑end.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using reporting tools.
• Bilingual proficiency in Urdu and English for effective stakeholder communication.
