AI Creative Producer

About the role

Vitals Vault, a fast‑growing health‑technology startup, is looking for an AI Creative Producer to build the creative engine behind its growth. You will turn ideas into finished ads, short films, product videos, and social content using AI‑driven tools, working directly with the founders and growth team.

Key responsibilities

• Create AI‑generated commercials, short‑form videos, UGC concepts and product stories from brief to final delivery.
• Develop hooks, scripts, storyboards, shot lists, characters, environments and visual references.
• Generate consistent characters, products and locations across multi‑shot videos.
• Apply camera movement, composition, lighting, pacing, transitions and sound design to make AI video feel intentional.
• Edit generated footage into polished 15‑60 second ads or longer pieces as needed.
• Study performance data and iterate creative concepts based on results.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging AI video and image models and integrate new tools.
• Build repeatable workflows that increase creative output without a traditional production crew.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating polished AI‑generated commercials, films or social videos.
• Strong understanding of filmmaking principles beyond prompt engineering.
• Ability to tell coherent stories across multiple shots.
• Creative strategist mindset combined with technical fluency in AI tools.

Required skills

• AI image and video generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Higgsfield, Kling, Veo, Seedance, Nano Banana, Flux, ElevenLabs).
• Video editing and compositing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut).
