AI Systems Engineer (LLM & AI Agent Development)

About the role

We are seeking a highly technical AI Systems Engineer to design, build, and maintain a growing ecosystem of AI‑powered applications, autonomous agents, and internal software tools. This full‑time remote position works closely with the founder to translate AI architectures into production‑ready features and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and sustain AI‑driven web applications and autonomous agent systems.
• Implement multi‑agent orchestration, recursive workflows, and advanced automation pipelines.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into production tools and internal platforms.
• Expand and enhance an internally built CRM platform with new AI‑powered features.
• Create scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, and other business systems.
• Design secure graph‑memory architectures, enforce data segmentation, and manage privacy controls across AI agents.
• Collaborate directly with the founder to rapidly prototype and ship product ideas.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven track record delivering production‑grade AI applications and autonomous agent systems.
• Hands‑on experience with multi‑agent orchestration and AI workflow automation.
• Strong background in building secure, scalable AI architectures.
