AI/ML Developer (LLMs, NLP, and AI Applications)

About the role

We are looking for an AI/ML Developer to design, fine‑tune, and deploy large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP) solutions. You will work on cutting‑edge AI applications that power intelligent chatbots, question‑answering systems, and real‑time services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and fine‑tune LLMs and NLP models using Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI APIs, and LangChain.
• Implement retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) for AI‑driven question answering and chatbot applications.
• Build and deploy AI models with FastAPI, Flask, and cloud inference services such as Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, and GCP AI Platform.
• Optimize embedding search and vector retrieval using FAISS, Pinecone, and other ANN‑based algorithms.
• Integrate APIs and maintain production‑grade AI applications, ensuring scalability and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML development, NLP, or LLM‑based engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• Experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, and fine‑tuning LLMs for domain‑specific tasks.
• Familiarity with cloud AI services (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform) and container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
