Amazon Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager to oversee Seller Central accounts for multiple clients. You will ensure account health, optimize listings, and collaborate with internal teams to drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Amazon Seller Central accounts for several clients, maintaining account health and day‑to‑day operations.
• Optimize product listings, monitor inventory, pricing, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with PPC, design, and content teams to execute account strategies.
• Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
• Lead client meetings, present updates, discuss strategies, and address queries professionally.
• Handle additional tasks as required by business needs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Strong understanding of account health, listing optimization, and performance metrics.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional spoken and written English for client communication, especially with US‑based clients.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
