Amazon Brand Manager (Remote)

About the role

Flapen is looking for an experienced Amazon Brand Manager to own and grow client brands on the Amazon marketplace. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end brand performance, from the first product launch to scaling a mature catalog, with a focus on measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Own listings, strategy and marketplace performance for assigned brands.
• Monitor and optimize KPIs such as TACOS, profit margin, conversion rate and sales velocity.
• Coordinate with Creative, PPC, Sourcing and Operations teams to meet brand targets.
• Lead new product launches from concept through live listing, managing timelines and deliverables.
• Identify risks and growth opportunities early and provide actionable recommendations.
• Communicate with clients via Slack and Zoom and manage tasks in ClickUp.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑funnel Amazon brand performance in an agency, brand‑side or aggregator environment.
• Hands‑on experience with product launches, PPC strategy and margin improvement.
• Deep understanding of Amazon metrics (TACOS, ACoS, CVR, forecasting) and traffic channels.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work independently in an async remote setting.
