Android Developer – 3-Month Contract

About the role

We are looking for an Android Developer to join our remote‑first development team on a three‑month contract. You will design, build and maintain advanced Android applications while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver new features and improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop high‑quality Android applications following Google’s design principles.
• Integrate external data sources and APIs into mobile apps.
• Write unit tests to ensure robustness, handle edge cases and maintain reliability.
• Identify and fix bugs, optimise performance and conduct regular maintenance.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging mobile technologies to improve development efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver optimal software solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in Android or mobile app development.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
