About the role
We are looking for an energetic Appointment Setter to join our US market sales team on the night shift. You will engage US‑based prospects, understand their needs, and set qualified appointments for our sales professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US prospects during the night shift.
- Listen actively to identify prospect needs and respond with relevant information.
- Handle objections confidently without relying solely on scripts.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate call logs and professional communication records.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of outbound calling experience targeting the US market.
- Clear American or neutral English accent with excellent verbal communication.
- Strong listening and comprehension abilities.
- Ability to think quickly, adapt conversations, and stay persuasive.
- Target‑driven mindset with a natural, friendly communication style.
