Assistant Analyst – Control and Reporting

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Analyst – Control and Reporting to support the Pakistan Business Unit in ensuring accurate, timely and compliant processing of intercompany transactions, accounts receivable and payroll accounting. The role will collaborate with finance, commercial and HR teams to maintain data integrity and meet reporting deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Process employee‑related intercompany cross‑charges, issue and receive intercompany debit/credit notes, and perform monthly/quarterly related‑party balance confirmations.
• Maintain correct HFM account mapping, resolve aged or disputed intercompany items, and upload reconciliations to BlackLine.
• Act as the single point of contact for incoming receipts for the Snacks business, reconcile invoices, monitor credit limits, and prepare bank reconciliations for AR‑related accounts.
• Support pricing validation, prepare monthly AR balance‑sheet reconciliations, conduct quarterly KC testing, and calculate monthly sales incentive workings.
• Process SAP postings for monthly payroll journal vouchers, manage final settlements, and support disbursements for payroll, Provident Fund, Gratuity and WPPF.
• Coordinate statutory audits of employee benefit funds, prepare payroll analytics, handle tax payments, and support actuarial valuation and bonus FIFO computations.
• Assist the Reporting Manager with statutory audit deliverables, quarter‑close schedules, and monthly control analysis.

Required profile

• Experience in intercompany transaction processing and related‑party reconciliations.
• Background in accounts receivable (O2C) for a consumer‑goods or snacks business.
• Hands‑on experience with payroll processing, including SAP journal entries and statutory fund management.
• Familiarity with audit coordination and key‑control testing.
