Assistant Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a confident, outgoing Assistant Business Development Executive to support our Senior Business Development Manager across corporate, real‑estate, industrial, hospitality, education and government sectors. Fresh graduates are welcome, and you will receive on‑the‑job training in security technology while managing client relationships, follow‑ups and receivables from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Senior BDM in identifying and pursuing opportunities across multiple sectors.
• Initiate contact with prospects via calls, emails, visits and networking events.
• Monitor tender portals, prepare documentation and generate leads through referrals, builders and contractors.
• Plan and execute daily client visits, logging interactions in the ERP system.
• Act as the day‑to‑day contact for assigned accounts, coordinating site surveys, estimates and proposals with technical and pre‑sales teams.
• Track orders through delivery, installation and sign‑off, handling queries on warranties and after‑sales support.
• Own receivables for assigned accounts, follow up overdue payments and resolve disputed invoices.
• Complete product training on Hikvision, Bosch, ITC and develop knowledge of low‑voltage systems (CCTV, access control, communication).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Extroverted and comfortable initiating conversations with strangers.
• Genuine interest in technology, IT, electronics or communication systems.
• Confident discussing outstanding payments with clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Organised, disciplined record‑keeping and a valid driving licence with willingness to travel locally.
