Assistant Manager – HR Technology

About the role

The Assistant Manager – HR Technology will design, configure and deliver Oracle Fusion HCM solutions that meet business needs. The role combines technical expertise with HR functional knowledge to guide a team, ensure high‑quality support and drive successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver Oracle Fusion HCM configurations.
• Conduct workshops with HR stakeholders to map requirements to Fusion HCM functionality.
• Configure, test and validate HCM extracts, BIP reports, OTBI, BI Publisher and other analytics components.
• Lead migration of configurations, integrations and extensions to production environments.
• Mentor and guide the technical team, sharing best practices and improving implementation methodology.
• Prepare business requirement documents, support test script execution and provide status reports to project managers.
• Utilise ITIL service management practices and project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure, ServiceNow).
• Support project accounting activities including budgeting, costing and invoicing.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in HR technology implementations, preferably with Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Strong functional knowledge of Fusion HCM modules and at least three end‑to‑end implementation engagements.
• 3+ years of data‑analytics experience with a proven ability to analyse and visualise data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
