Associate/Assistant Professor – Psychology (Full‑time)

About the role
The Department of Psychology at MY University is hiring full‑time faculty at the Associate Professor and Assistant Professor levels. Candidates will join a vibrant academic community, delivering undergraduate and postgraduate courses and contributing to research excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver lectures in various psychology domains (clinical, cognitive, developmental, organizational, etc.)
- Supervise student research projects, theses, and dissertations
- Publish research findings in peer‑reviewed, HEC‑recognised journals
- Participate in curriculum development and academic advising
Required profile
- Associate Professor: PhD in Psychology (preferred), 5‑7 years of university‑level teaching/research, publications in HEC‑recognised journals
- Assistant Professor: M.Phil. or PhD in Psychology, 2‑3 years of teaching/research experience (fresh PhDs considered)
- HEC‑recognised degree and relevant academic credentials
