AWS Engineer – Cloud (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AWS Engineer to design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure for high‑traffic applications. The position is fully remote and offers the chance to work with a global leader in IT services and consulting.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy.
• Monitor performance and reliability with CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and third‑party tools.
• Troubleshoot incidents related to AWS services, networking, and security.
• Document infrastructure, processes, and best practices for compliance and team knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Experience working in Linux/Unix environments and writing shell scripts.
• Strong understanding of security best practices, IAM policies, and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes on AWS.
