B2B SaaS Business Development Manager (Remote)

About the role

Recruit AI is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive B2B SaaS sales for its intelligent spend classification and procurement analytics platform. Operating fully remotely, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective finance, procurement and supply‑chain customers, guiding them through the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch targeted B2B marketing campaigns aimed at finance, procurement and supply‑chain professionals.
• Identify, research and qualify prospects based on budget, needs and project timelines.
• Conduct multi‑channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone, industry events) and nurture leads through the funnel.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to schedule and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
• Collect prospect feedback to inform product and sales‑process improvements.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools and report key performance metrics.
• Represent Recruit AI at webinars, conferences and virtual events to boost brand visibility.
• Continuously refine outreach strategies based on data insights and market feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven success in enterprise B2B SaaS sales.
• Strong consultative selling approach with experience engaging senior procurement and finance decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and buyer psychology.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management.
