About the role

Golden Hawk Technologies is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Closer to join its Islamabad office. You will be responsible for turning qualified prospects into long‑term clients by presenting tailored solutions and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Engage qualified B2B prospects via calls, virtual meetings and follow‑ups.
• Analyse client requirements and propose customized business solutions.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure closures.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with customers.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow‑ups.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Record all sales activities and interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or a sales‑closing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Self‑motivated, confident and results‑driven.
• Track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software (advantageous).
