B2B Sales Officer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Officer to drive corporate client acquisition and revenue growth in Islamabad. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and nurturing long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B/corporate clients through market research, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct regular visits to companies to generate new business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
• Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, quotations, negotiations, follow‑ups, and closing.
• Develop new accounts while maintaining existing customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, sales activities, and client interactions.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential business segments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience.
• Strong background in corporate sales, business development, or account management.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close B2B deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits.
• Target‑oriented, proactive, and self‑motivated.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or related field preferred.

What we offer
