B2B Sourcing Manager – Mandarin Required

About the role

We are seeking a B2B Sourcing Manager with strong Mandarin proficiency to lead our international procurement activities on major Chinese B2B platforms. This remote position will support Texas Lab Technologies in securing reliable OEM/ODM partners, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end vendor management for Chinese suppliers and service providers.
• Communicate in Mandarin and English to negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard OEM/ODM manufacturers via Alibaba, 1688, and Made‑in‑China.
• Coordinate international shipments, ensuring cost‑effective and on‑time delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and business service providers.
• Handle procurement activities including order placement, follow‑up, and quality control.
• Conduct market research to source new suppliers and improve cost efficiency.
• Monitor supplier performance and compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business needs.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, communications, and sourcing activities.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or sourcing within China‑related markets.
• Strategic thinker with high professionalism and the ability to navigate complex supplier networks.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to work independently while juggling multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
• Experience using Alibaba, 1688, and Made‑in‑China platforms.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
