Business Analyst – MS Dynamics 365

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst with at least three years of experience in corporate banking to join our global team. You will work on innovative projects that leverage MS Dynamics 365 and other leading banking core systems, helping our clients become digital leaders in finance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate corporate banking requirement‑gathering workshops.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
• Identify gaps between client needs and existing solutions, proposing viable alternatives.
• Produce detailed business specifications and support the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and execute test cases, train business users, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Apply Waterfall or Agile methodologies as appropriate.
• Collaborate with Technical Leads to finalize requirements and obtain client sign‑off.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in banking or fintech, specifically with corporate banking processes.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong understanding of financial services industry, e‑services, and branch operations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Proven analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Leadership, mentoring and stakeholder‑management experience.
