Business Development Manager

About the role

DA3PL is a leading cross‑border supply chain and third‑party logistics provider operating across Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. We are seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to grow our client portfolio and build long‑term partnerships with eCommerce brands, importers, wholesalers and retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients needing sourcing, logistics and fulfillment solutions.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, cold outreach and industry events.
• Present DA3PL’s sourcing, warehousing and cross‑border logistics services to prospects.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long‑term growth.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
• Collaborate with operations and customer success teams for seamless onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain or eCommerce.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to generate leads independently and convert them into long‑term clients.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
