Business Development Manager

About the role

Prime System Solutions is looking for a Business Development Manager to own and execute the full demand‑generation cycle for its IT services and SaaS offerings. You will design campaigns, nurture leads, manage the outbound team and ensure the technology stack (Salesforce and email deliverability) works flawlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Own quarterly and annual pipeline targets, build forecasts and report variances.
• Define and refine the ideal customer profile across geographies, company sizes and buying triggers.
• Design and run full‑funnel outbound campaigns using email, LinkedIn, calls and events.
• Maintain expert‑level ownership of Salesforce – object model, campaign architecture, automation, reporting and data quality.
• Manage email deliverability – domain warm‑up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration, reputation and inbox placement.
• Utilise tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo and sequencing platforms to build lists, run sequences and close deals.

Required profile

• 7‑9 years of B2B business development or sales experience, preferably in IT services, managed services, staffing, outsourcing or SaaS targeting North America or Europe.
• Proven end‑to‑end track record: list building, outreach sequencing, calls, negotiations and closed revenue.
• Hands‑on expertise with Salesforce at an administrator level (certification preferred).
• Deep knowledge of email deliverability best practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, reputation management).
