About the role
Orient Cargo Services, a logistics and supply chain company founded in 1981 and offering 24/7 air, land and sea transport worldwide, is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager in Lahore. The role focuses on finding business opportunities, building client relationships and driving company growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities and build and maintain client relationships
- Analyze industry trends and prepare detailed proposals
- Meet sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions tailored to customer needs
Required profile
- Minimum 3-5 years of B2B field sales experience; freight forwarding sales experience preferred
- Resident of Lahore
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Required skills
- Business development, sales and market analysis
- Client relationship management and customer engagement
- Strategic planning and problem solving
- Communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- MS Office and CRM software proficiency is beneficial
