Business Development Manager

About the role

Digitals Cafe is a digital marketing agency offering SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), website design and development, guest posting, link building and content marketing. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager in Lahore to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The role works closely with the marketing and delivery teams to understand service offerings, prepare proposals, run presentations and negotiate contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline
• Build long-term relationships with clients across diverse industries
• Prospect through calls, emails and networking, and hold discovery meetings
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and track performance against sales targets
• Stay informed about digital marketing trends and competitors to support strategy and market positioning

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; relevant professional experience may substitute where appropriate
• Prior experience in a digital agency or technology-focused business is highly beneficial
• Comfortable working on-site in Lahore and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required skills

• Lead generation, pipeline management and deal closing
• Client relationship management and account growth
• Understanding of SEO, social media marketing, PPC advertising and website development
• Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting and basic data analysis
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
