Business Development Manager SaaS

About the role

Esset is a fast‑growing SaaS platform that digitises property management for landlords, agencies and hostel operators in Pakistan. As the first Business Development Manager, you will own the full sales cycle in Islamabad – from prospecting to closing and hand‑over to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a self‑sourced pipeline of landlords, hostel operators and mid‑size agencies.
• Conduct in‑person and Zoom demos tailored to each buyer segment.
• Negotiate and close contracts ranging from PKR 6,000 to PKR 100,000 per month.
• Drive annual pre‑pay agreements where appropriate, applying a standard 15% discount.
• Identify and develop referral channels such as property agencies and service providers.
• Contribute to the evolving sales playbook with pitch scripts, demo flows and objection handling notes.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing revenue‑based deals.
• At least one role selling software, subscriptions or any recurring‑fee product.
• Fluent in Urdu and English.
• Experience or strong interest in real‑estate, prop‑tech or property services is a plus.
