Business Development & Project Management Manager

About the role

Avira Technologies is seeking a motivated Business Development & Project Management Manager to drive new opportunities and ensure successful delivery of IT projects. The role blends sales outreach with hands‑on project coordination across our technology solutions portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate and government sectors.
• Generate leads through networking, email campaigns, calls, meetings and market research.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and manage negotiations.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks and quality in collaboration with technical teams.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in business development, project management, account management or client relationship management, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
