Business Development Representative

About the role

ScaleForce is looking for a Business Development Representative to join its growth operating system team. You will be the front‑line voice of the company, engaging prospects, handling objections, and booking qualified meetings that feed the revenue pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and outreach to target accounts using outbound dialing and multi‑channel tactics.
• Qualify leads, manage objections, and secure meetings for senior sales operators.
• Collaborate with RevOps, demand‑generation, and implementation teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey.
• Track activity and results in the company’s CRM system, reporting on pipeline health.
• Continuously refine outreach scripts based on feedback and performance data.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and the ability to think on your feet during calls.
• Comfortable handling objections without freezing.
• Motivated to achieve meeting‑booking targets, whether you have prior experience or are new to sales.
• Experience in RevOps, demand generation, or an MSP/agency environment is a plus.
