Business Development Representative – SaaS for Recruitment

About the role

CoRecruit is looking for a high‑energy Business Development Representative to generate new sales opportunities for its AI‑powered recruitment assistant. This phone‑first position involves daily outreach to recruitment agencies and executive search firms across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Start meaningful conversations with decision‑makers at recruitment and search firms.
• Identify prospects' needs, challenges, and priorities.
• Communicate CoRecruit’s value proposition and generate interest.
• Qualify prospects and book qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up consistently via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Research target companies and contacts before outreach.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of calls and prospect activity in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed daily activity, conversation, and meeting targets.

Required profile

• Highly motivated and comfortable making cold calls.
• Resilient, curious, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to handle rejection and keep prospecting.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ambitious with a desire to progress to an Account Executive role.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Vincere, Loxo, JobAdder).
• Proficiency with LinkedIn for prospecting.
• Effective email outreach techniques.
