Business Development Specialist - Healthcare Revenue Cycle

About the role

MedCodix Medical Solutions LLC is a healthcare revenue cycle management company supporting US-based medical practices with medical billing, denial management, AR follow-up, eligibility verification, credentialing and reporting. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist in Lahore to grow its client base in the healthcare RCM market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads and conduct outreach to prospective clients by calls, meetings and digital channels
• Present MedCodix's services and perform market research on target segments, competitors and emerging opportunities
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and nurture client relationships, gathering feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, support contract negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding and handoff to operations
• Contribute to sales strategies and performance targets

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• Prior experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably in healthcare, RCM or professional services
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore, manage multiple priorities and meet targets and timelines
• Familiarity with US healthcare billing or medical billing/RCM concepts is an advantage

• Strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication
• Lead generation and prospecting, and market research capabilities
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic productivity tools such as spreadsheets and presentation software
