Call Center Agent – Night Shift (Full‑time)

About the role
ReeAssist is looking for enthusiastic Call Center Agents to join its night‑shift team in Rawalpindi. You will handle outbound cold calls, qualify leads and support the sales pipeline while working a 8 PM – 5 AM schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls and handle objections professionally.
- Follow scripts, gather service information and qualify leads.
- Maintain accurate data entry and update the CRM system.
- Achieve nightly call targets and maintain consistent performance.
Required profile
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Confident, persuasive speaking with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Willingness to work night‑shift hours.
- Reliable attendance, patience and teamwork.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy.
- Accurate data entry.
What we offer
- Salary ranging from PKR 20,000 to PKR 50,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
- Three days of paid training before starting.
