Call Center Agent – US Brokerage Campaign

About the role
We are urgently hiring English‑speaking Call Center Agents to support a US‑based brokerage campaign. The position is based in Model Town (S Block) and operates on a night shift schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and manage phone calls from US customers.
- Provide clear and professional communication in English.
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism throughout the shift.
Required profile
- Strong spoken English and communication abilities.
- Confidence speaking with US customers over the phone.
- Willingness to work the night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
- Fresh candidates with good English are welcome; previous call‑center experience is a plus.
