Call Center Agent - US Construction Estimation Campaign

About the role

New Casa Holdings is looking for confident, energetic and target-driven sales associates for a US Construction Estimation Campaign based in Model Town, Lahore. The role involves making outbound cold calls, generating qualified leads and building relationships with potential clients in the US construction market. It is a full-time, onsite position with night-shift timings of 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the US construction industry
• Introduce and promote construction estimation services
• Generate qualified leads and book appointments for the sales team
• Build and maintain professional relationships with potential customers
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-up activities
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer objections professionally and work with the team to maximise campaign results

Required profile

• Intermediate, bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, telemarketing, lead generation or customer service preferred
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable working in the night shift (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM)

Required skills

• Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge are a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team
