Call Center Representative – Project Sales

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Call Center Representative to join our Project Sales team. In this role you will act as the first point of contact for prospective property buyers, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring a seamless experience with Zameen.com.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients via phone and in‑person visits to understand their property requirements.
• Present relevant property units, conduct demonstrations and arrange site visits.
• Follow up diligently to address evolving client needs and move negotiations toward closure.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships to generate repeat business.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1‑3 years of sales experience; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sales and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
