Cambridge Programme Teacher – Psychology (AS & A Level)

About the role

Headstart School’s Gulmohar Campus is seeking a dedicated Cambridge Programme Teacher to deliver Psychology (AS & A Level) and Global Perspectives courses. This full‑time position is based in Islamabad and offers the flexibility of remote teaching within the Cambridge curriculum framework.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess Psychology (AS & A Level) lessons in line with Cambridge standards.
• Teach Global Perspectives (IGCSE I & II) and Global Perspectives & Research (AS & A Level) to diverse student groups.
• Develop engaging learning resources and support materials for both onsite and remote learners.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with senior staff to enhance the school’s academic programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a closely related field.
• Prior experience teaching the Cambridge curriculum is preferred.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and manage remote classroom environments.
