Catering Sales Manager

About the role

Nadeem’s Buffet, a premium buffet restaurant in Lahore, is looking for a dynamic Catering Sales Manager to drive event and catering revenue. You will build strong client relationships, guide customers through the sales process, and ensure memorable dining experiences for a variety of occasions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle for birthdays, weddings, corporate functions, and private events.
• Generate and follow up on leads through referrals, local outreach, and inbound inquiries.
• Prepare accurate proposals, quotations, and contracts based on client requirements.
• Conduct venue tours, negotiate terms within approved guidelines, and close bookings.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline, customer database, and booking calendar.
• Coordinate with kitchen, service, décor, and operations teams to deliver promised event details.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and produce regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling catering, banquet, restaurant, or private‑event services.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and proposal preparation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management abilities with families, corporate clients, and event organizers.
• Working knowledge of event planning, menu coordination, contracts, deposits, and booking schedules.
• Fluency in English and Urdu; familiarity with the Lahore events and hospitality market is a plus.
