Chargeback & Risk Executive

About the role

The Chargeback & Risk Executive will protect the business from financial loss by analysing transaction risk, handling payment disputes and collaborating across teams to maintain secure payment operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse transactions to identify chargeback and fraud risks.
• Manage end‑to‑end payment dispute and chargeback processes.
• Monitor fraud indicators, conduct investigations and maintain detailed trackers.
• Work with payments, operations and customer‑service teams to resolve disputes and implement preventive measures.
• Prepare regular reports and recommendations to reduce chargebacks and financial loss.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud monitoring or risk operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Google productivity tools.
• Ability to handle large data sets and maintain accurate trackers.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
