Chief Medical Officer

About the role

Fatima Group seeks an experienced Chief Medical Officer to lead employee healthcare services at its Head Office. The CMO will oversee medical assessments, claims management, provider networking, and provide medical guidance to HR and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial medical check‑ups and health assessments for employees and coordinate further care as needed.
• Evaluate medical conditions, arrange specialist referrals, and manage hospital admissions.
• Review, verify, and approve employee medical bills and claims in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure smooth reimbursement processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with reputable hospitals, clinics, and specialist doctors.
• Provide medical input for wellness, health‑screening, and preventive‑care initiatives.
• Lead emergency response planning, including pandemic and large‑scale health risk preparedness.
• Support management during medical emergencies and critical employee health situations.

Required profile

• MBBS from a recognized institution with a specialization in Medicine.
• FCPS qualification in Internal Medicine.
• Proven experience in clinical assessment, medical administration, and employee healthcare management.
• Strong professional network with hospitals, consultants, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
